Billy is one of the characters in the original cast of characters in the Mad Murderer, a starter character in Mad Paintball, a craftable character in Jury Rigging, and is a Tier 2 character in Mad Games.
Billy is a man with annoyed look on his face. He wears a dark brown leather cap, a black shirt with a leather jacket on, leather pants and black shoes.
Personality[]
He appears to be exceptionally grumpy person who is suffering from a severe addiction to Bloxy Cola. He is seen drinking it or reaching for a can of it in several thumbnails and advertisements, as well as his and unused Larry's Mad Paintball portraits. He insists on calling Ezekiel by the nickname Eddy, despite his objections.
Paintball Abilities[]

Like Summer, he is a very effective character, even though he is always available to any player.
He has enough damage to quickly dispatch of most targets at close range, magazine size large enough to provide chances against multiple targets, as well as good movement speed.
His stats on level 0 are the same as Summer's.
Comparing Summer and Billy on level 99, Billy deals more damage, moves faster, recovers health more quickly, has somewhat faster speed reload, but has less health, smaller ammunition capacity and his damage drops faster on distance.
Most of Billy's upgrades would make him the speedier counterpart to Summer

In Jury Rigging, Billy speaks in a bored and uncaring tone. He was voice acted by emeruga.
